What it will do
Watch a screen to see the problem, then take control when you need to — without walking across the site.
Whether the person at the machine is asked first, and a notice on their screen for as long as someone is connected. Always a way to end it.
Who connected to which machine, when, for how long and what they did. Kept on your server, for as long as you keep it.
Show a message, lock a screen, sign someone out, restart or shut down after a warning, and wake a machine that is switched off.

How it fits
Groundskeeper only ever reads: it tells you what is wrong and never changes a thing. Caretaker is the partner that acts, and it is a separate product for exactly that reason. Its part of the agent is on a machine only when the school has added Caretaker, so a school running Groundskeeper alone has nothing on its machines that can act.
Both run on the RSJ Agent, one small agent on each machine with a module per product. Caretaker installs on the school’s own Windows server, like Groundskeeper.
